Welcome to Natural Voice (the "Application"), provided by Voxlab ("Service Provider", "we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.

The Application is provided for personal and non-commercial use only. You agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Application or its content.

The Application offers optional subscription plans that grant access to premium features. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your App Store account settings after purchase.
• All payments and subscription management are handled by Apple via the App Store; we do not have access to your payment or billing information.

Free trials, if offered, may automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

The Application does not require you to create an account or sign in. All processing occurs locally on your device or via secure cloud-based systems that do not store personally identifiable information.

All content, design, code, and functionality within the Application are the exclusive property of Voxlab. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Application in accordance with these Terms.

When using the Application to upload or process audio files, you retain ownership of your content. By using the Application, you grant Voxlab a limited license to process and temporarily handle your files for the purpose of providing the service. Files are not permanently stored or shared.

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for unlawful purposes or to infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application’s systems.
• Decompile or reverse engineer any part of the Application.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Application.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time without notice if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Voxlab makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the Application.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxlab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Application.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Application after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
